On April 1, 2015 the first general body meeting of IEEE BRAC university student branch was organized by new executive members. Our honorable teacher Professor Dr. A.K.M. Abdul Malek Azad (Counselor, IEEE BRAC University Student Branch) was present in the GBM. The meeting started with a small speech of the new chair Humaira Tabassum. The main focus of her speech was on an idea about IEEE. After that, the counselor Azad sir gave a speech about his journey in IEEE BRAC university student branch.
One of the main parts of this meeting was giving certificate to a volunteer of IEEE R10 technical seminar that took
place recently in BRAC University. Our honorable Azad sir handed over the certificates to the volunteers. The new executive members talked about their plans for the upcoming days and also laid out plans such as visits to different
companies, seminars by distinguishes personnel, career fair, competitions etc. the student members in general body meeting expecting a busy year ahead.
